K - 4th Grade
3 Weeks of Fundamentals:
This period will likely focus on teaching the basics of basketball, such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. It’s a great way to build a strong foundation for young players.
3 Weeks of League Games:
After the fundamentals, players will get the chance to apply what they’ve learned in actual games. This helps them understand how to use their skills in real game situations and develop teamwork and strategy.
Development Focus:
The main goal is to develop basketball skills and ensure players can incorporate these skills effectively during games. This holistic approach helps in building confidence and improving overall performance on the court.
Biddy Basketball emphasizes not just playing the game but also learning important life skills, increasing cognitive functions, and fostering community spirit.
