Individual Skills Development 

1 Hour Session
Each skill development workout is built specifically for the athlete and will challenge the athlete to improve their basketball specific skills. We will concentrate on offensive fundamentals in these sessions.  The fundamentals we stress include: • Ball-handling/dribbling • Passing • Preparing for the shot/footwork • Cutting • Screening • Shooting • Free-Throws • Perimeter-moves • Post moves


 
 
 
 
 
 


 

Group Skills Development

2 Hour Session
Each skill development workout is built specifically for the athlete and will challenge the athlete to improve their basketball specific skills. We will concentrate on offensive fundamentals in these sessions. The fundamentals we stress include: • Ball-handling/dribbling • Passing • Preparing for the shot/footwork • Cutting • Screening • Shooting • Free-Throws • Perimeter-moves • Post-moves • defensive positioning • Team defense

Sessions are limited to 30 kids per session so sign up early!  Ages: Boys & Girls grades 3rd to 12th

Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, January 13th - March 31st Time: 6:30pm to 8:30pm
