• Team Schedules (Provided upon Team Invite)

  • Tournament Schedule: Local/Overnight Tournaments dependent upon age group and level.

  • Practice Schedule: February through June

• Team Levels: Based on tryouts, each team will be placed on a schedule that fits that individual team. Developmental Teams will participate in local tournaments whereas Elite "A" Teams will travel to compete in higher-level tournaments.

• Practice Player Option: The objective of our Practice Player program is for players to get familiar with our Pure Basketball staff members as well as train with our current Pure Basketball players. Since we place a strong emphasis on player development, practices revolve around skill development through intense drilling. By registering for this program, you will be included in all team practices, but not games. Players will be added at the organization’s discretion, and since not all players qualify for this option, practice players must tryout to be evaluated (tryout details below).

Tryout Information

• Dates: Saturday 1/3 & Sunday 1/4

• Pre-Register for Tryouts:  (All players MUST pre-register PRIOR to attending tryouts)

• Attendance: It is highly recommended for players to attend both tryouts for maximum exposure with our staff.

• Tryout Observation: Tryouts are open for observation.

• Tryout Fee: $30 (1 Time Fee / Cash Only / Collected at Tryouts)

Evaluation Criteria & Team Invite Process:

How are players offered a roster spot?

• After players are evaluated, an invitation system will be utilized to fill open roster spots.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE 2+ WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

• Once an invitation is extended to a player, the player's family will have approximately 24 hours to accept the invitation by making the season payment. If a player declines the roster spot invitation, the next ranked player will be offered that roster spot. This process will continue until all roster spots are filled. If a players does not make one of our rosters, the player will be notified via email (to the parent/guardian email(s) on pre-registration form).

• Some common asked questions are:

  • My son's/daughter's friend received a roster invitation but my son/daughter has not yet so does that mean he/she didn't make the team? No, players are notified at different times.

  • Will you notify our family if my son/daughter does not make the team? Yes, you will get a personal email informing you that your son/daughter did not make the team once the team(s) are full.

How do I pay for the season?
If offered a roster spot, families will be provided the final schedules (practice and tournament) and additional team details prior to making a decision. A decision and payment will then need to be made within 24 hours. Families will have two payment options which can be paid via a credit card or electronical (Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo):

• Full Payment - Full payment due at roster accept.

• Split Payment - If you need to split your season payment, the first half of the season fees are due at roster accept then the second half of the season fees will be automatically charged to the same payment method prior to uniform distribution.
